I cannot sign in
Check your connection and app version first. Use Forgot Password for an e-mail recovery code or use the Google account linked to your commander. Never share the six-digit code.
Delete my Battle Ocean account
Delete your account inside the game through Settings → Account → Delete Account. If you no longer have the app, use the public account deletion page. Deletion is permanent and requires verification.
I left an active battle
Reopen the game. Battle Ocean restores an active match while the server turn clock continues. If three of your turns expire, the match is recorded as a defeat.
An advertisement did not finish
Return to the game using Android navigation when possible. A reward is granted only after a verified completion. Do not repeatedly force-close the game; wait briefly before trying another eligible video.
My purchase is missing
Keep the Google Play order reference and use the official in-game support channel. Never post payment details, passwords or tokens publicly.
I found a security problem
Do not exploit or publish sensitive details. Report the issue privately through the official support channel and include only the minimum technical information needed to reproduce it.
