1. Service
These terms apply to Battle Ocean, its online services and battleocean.nl. The game is scheduled for release on 1 September 2026. Availability may change during testing, maintenance, security incidents or store review.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for accurate account information and for protecting your password, device, sessions and recovery codes. One person may use separate accounts with separate valid e-mail addresses, but accounts may not be used for abuse, fraud or ranking manipulation.
3. Fair play
Cheating, automation, exploiting defects, interfering with services, circumventing security, harassment, fraudulent purchases and manipulating results or rewards are prohibited. Battle outcomes and rewards are determined by the server.
4. Names and communication
Commander names and messages must not be deceptive, threatening, discriminatory, sexually explicit, unlawful or infringe third-party rights. We may moderate content or restrict accounts where reasonably necessary.
5. Virtual items
Battle Coins, Rubies, Pirate Gold, cosmetics, rewards and other virtual items are licensed game features, not legal currency. Seasonal progress and availability are governed by the active season and may be reset when a clearly announced test ends.
6. Intellectual property
Battle Ocean, its software, artwork, audio, names, logos and other materials are owned by Orange Lion Studios or used with permission. No ownership rights transfer to players.
7. Availability and updates
Internet access and a supported Android device are required for online play. Updates may be required for security, compatibility, fair play or continued access.
8. Enforcement
Accounts may be warned, restricted or terminated for serious or repeated violations, fraud, security abuse or legal necessity. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, services are provided using reasonable care without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Mandatory consumer protections in your country continue to apply.
